I write and perform stand-up comedy, deliver comedy workshops and short courses, plus I organise and compere community events.
My work is predominantly, though not exclusively, third sector focused and takes place primarily within the areas of mental health, homelessness and criminal justice.
I am a great believer in the healing capacity of the performing arts and am living proof that it works…
